2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are generally not available for:

- Services already delivered
- Customized website designs
- Development work that has commenced
- Website maintenance services already performed
- Third-party fees, domain registrations, hosting fees, or software licenses
3. Cancellation Requests
Customers may request cancellation before work begins.
If work has already started, cancellation may not entitle the customer to a refund for work already completed or expenses incurred.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
The actual time required for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
5. Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating chargebacks.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services and may require additional verification.
